Mentors

The ALP mentorship program seeks to harness the vast leadership resources latent in our churches to invest in key young people for the future leadership of our church.  ALP mentors are invited to join the program in this role on the basis of their proven track-record of leadership, and each commit to lead the ALP participants in one evening workshop per year on aspects of leadership they have learned through their personal experience.  Through this small group, interactive process, ALP participants will have the opportunity to engage each mentor and develop a personal relationship, helping build a vast network of seasoned leadership supports for each participant.  If you would like to nominate someone to be an ALP mentor, please contact us.  Click on the images below for more biographical information on each mentor.
